Hire Glocal interview questions

A typical 12 year old startup. I was the only guy there for a recruiter position. The first round went well, she asked me about my previous experience and my expected salary and what I knew about HR. In my second round of the interview with the director, he said recruiting job is for girls and he would offer me a role of PA. PA to Director. He said since I'm a fresher in that field, he would pay me 15k. 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM is the timing. Monday to Saturday working. He clearly said if I take any leave for 3 months, I would be terminated the next day without payment. Late coming not allowed and early leaving not allowed. The job I had applied for and called for an interview was out of option. Eventually I denied and left.
