One of their recruiters reached out to me in April 2025, saying that she liked my resume. We talked over Zoom about what I'm looking for. She asked me to tweak my resume to fit their template, which I was happy to do, and mentioned there was a specific job that came in that I might be a good fit for.
The following week, I edited my resume and emailed it to the recruiter. Recruiter said it looked great and that she'd let me know about that job she mentioned. A whole week passed with no reply. I emailed back to ask about that job and any others. No reply.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hire Options (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview was a 5 minute Zoom call. No substantive questions asked about my paralegal experience although I have the backing to prove my qualifications. I was promised a call back about an interesting position then ghosted. I followed up giving the agency the benefit of the doubt and was given an excuse then ghosted again. I don’t recommend this agency for serious professionals seeking an intermediary to find them a job.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hire Options (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was great! The recruiter listened to what I wanted, and found it. They knew the type of company I wanted to for, the job duties I wanted. They matched me perfectly.
