First stage interview involved a 30 minute written assignment followed by questions and discussion with Head of Risk and Chief Risk Officer.
Second stage interview with HR was not correctly arranged at first and I was informed that it wasn't required. I received an offer after the first interview but then was subsequently told the HR interview was necessary in order to complete the process.....even though I had already accepted an offer. Second stage interview was with Head of HR and involved a few simple questions about my background, why I wanted to work at Hiscox and what I would bring to the company etc.
