They did a nice job of making it conversational. The process was well defined upfront. They were unable to answer some key questions but their honesty and candor was appreciated.

Met with recruiter to get more information about the process. Met with team lead and had to give a presentation as if I was speaking with a client on the subject matter. Met with Department head (VP) to discuss philosophy and vision.
