Interview
I was referred by a friend and got my interview set up within no time. It was fairly simple and quick. It took about 2 weeks for the final confirmation but because of the HR approvals etc, it might take a little more longer to final receive the Offer Letter formally from the company.

There were extensive questions on my previous experience working on similar processes. This was to judge how much i got my hands dirty at my job and to know if I had actually done the same myself.
