I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hoag Memorial Hospital in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. First step was applying on the Hoag website, followed by an invitation to do a video on demand . The video on demand interview was easy to understand. They asked for short videos asking general interview questions. HR was very efficient with getting back to me about receiving the interview. They asked for a couple days so the hiring manager could view the application. By the end of the week I was invited to have a panel interview with 4 leaders. The panel interview was not as easy as the video on demand, but that is because the panel interview was over the phone due to the pandemic circumstances. They said they would get back to me a week later. HR contacted me a couple days later with an offer.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hoag Memorial Hospital (Costa Mesa, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
The process started with a quick 20-minute phone screen, and then I was invited for an in-person interview. They mentioned they only do one interview instead of multiple rounds, which I really liked. I met with two supervisors during that interview.
