Hodges and Hicks interview questions

Completely unprofessional interview. The person I was scheduled to interview with was not even there and everyone else was too busy to even talk to me. Passed me around from room to room just to make small talk. I drove 4 hours each way without being compensated for this interview and was not even given the slightest bit of respect. Avoid at all cost, sounds like company where you will be undervalued your whole time there.

Brief phone interview with upper management with simple questions about yourself followed by an in person interview at the office with questions about your experience and telling you more about the position. Give you an opportunity to meet everyone in the office and get a feel for the company to know if it is a right fit for you.
