Hola Front End Developer Java Technology interview questions

Hola is israeli company which offers resource to work from home completely. It was home interview. They send email and tell us to choose one time from sunday to thursday from 3 to 11pm. then on choosed time they will send one gdoc email where we have to write answers. 2 java script questions to evaluate and optimise code. but no response after gDoc close then we only have to follow up. they need very high coding brainy person i guess!! good thing is they offer complete work from home but dont have proper interview process. its just luck if anyone gets in...
