A 20 minute phone interview which consisted of a casual conversation going over applicants resume and experience regarding job application. The recruiter was friendly and trained to gauge the personality of applicant through basic get to know you questions and an overview of job requirements. The recruiter made sure the applicant was comfortable with all aspects of the expectations the job entailed such as length of contracts, payroll, uniforms, medical records needed, travel documents, etc.
