I was interviewed by our Human Resources representative and our Front End Supervisor. Being a cashier for the last 6 months, they knew my work ethic and asked questions pertaining to “what if” situations to see how quickly I would come up with a solution.

Interview
I was an internal hire.
There were two interviewers: the ASM and the Front End manager.
They took turns asking questions.
It was pretty painless, and nothing stood out to me. Classic retail job interview, but sprinkles of behavioural questions because it's a middle management job.
I was a cashier for 6 months and showed a lot of growth, drive, and shared the stores values. I also had 3 homer badges since starting and customers had a lot of good things to say about me in their client reviews.
