Had several interviews over a four week period. Was offered a job almost immediately once the background check was completed. Drug test and driving record required.

After a brief phone chat with recruiter, scheduled an in-person with regional manager. Spent approximately 45 minutes with him. He spoke most of the time about his own background, didn't ask me many questions. Perhaps he could tell early on that I wasn't a good fit, as I expressed disappointment over lack of work/life balance relative to pay offered in this role.
