Interview
The interview process was very casual and it was a mix of behavioural and situational customer-service based questions. For me personally, I only had one interview with the manager and then a few days later they gave me an offer.

Interview is generally easy. Questions are common such as the ones you see online. Managers were kind. Out of all the interviews I've had, definitely among the easiest. Do not stress!

What was one time you went out of your way to help a customer?
Great easy interview the recruiter was very welcoming. They asked about 6 questions and most were just about your past experiences. Then the speak about the role in detail and ask for your availability.
With extensive experience in the Accounting, Administrative and Data Entry field, I am confident in my ability to excel in this role.
