Interview
The interview process was very easy and quick. If you’re a likable person and you’re pretty also athletic built, you’ll get hired on the spot. They really just want you to be nice.
Interview seems to be very casual and easy going. If they like you they have you try on the interview. That's where it ends though as they will never tell you they don't want to hire you, they will just ghost you.
very causal with the GM and then store manager, both felt very comfortable and easy going. they mainly ask about serving experience and if they like you they make you try on the uniform
Easy and quick . Definitely just trying to get a feel for your personality rather than just caring if you are a good / experienced waitress. They want you to be bubbly and talkative of course and most importantly PRETTY. Dress the part and you’ll be fine
