Hopdoddy Burger Bar interview questions

The interview process for the Hopdoddy location I interviewed for was unnecessarily long, I had to go through three interviews before receiving an offer which seems like a bit much considering it's for a front of house position in a casual restaurant. I did receive an offer however it seems like the management at this location is not very organized. I signed an offer letter and for whatever reason they were not able to find it in their system, it had gotten to the point where it was over a week since signing my offer letter and there had been no progress on the hiring process so I decided to decline the offer and accept a position elsewhere. It's a bit frustrating knowing that I could have already been working somewhere else if I didn't waste my time waiting for the restaurant management to get moving on my hiring process.
