Hope Health Care Services interview questions

I visited during a period when interviews are supposed to be available on a walk-in basis one day a week. I met with an HR recruiter who said that the hiring manager wasn't available that day. He performed an initial screening and said my qualifications met the requirements of the position and that they would be back in touch when the hiring manager was available. After a few weeks, I attempted to contact the same HR recruiter but received a reply from a different recruiter that they were not going to move forward with my candidacy. Upon asking about a reason, none was provided.
