Interview
It was two-step process, the first one was very short and the second one was around one hour. The first one is more about you and the qualities needed to succeed at the firm. The second they talk more about the company, salary, how to move up, the hours, etc.

They asked me where I see myself in five years, what my mom would say about me if they called her at that moment, three qualities, one flaw and what I was doing to improve it, etc.
