Interview
The recruiters was at my college career fair. We had the first of the interviews the next morning. I received a phone call a couple weeks later for a second interview onsite. We had a one hour tour of the facilities and then went to the training room where there were 16 tpdp employees there to interview all 8 of us in one room at the same time. It was definitely a unique experience.

What is one area you need to work on? If I were to ask your friends, how would they describe you and what would they say is something that you need to work on? Name a time you failed and how did you recuperate? Name you time you showed initiative.

At first, we had a behavior interview on campus. After, we were then invited to go see the plant. We took a tour and after that, we were given an offer and got to decide if we wanted to work there or not.

Interview
there was a GD which was followed up by an interview which had mostly technical questions and a few Hr ques. Questions were not difficult and the panel was quiet supportive.
