I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hotelbeds in Jan 2020
Interview
Interview process took about 1.5 months however given the Xmas break during this time, it was understandable.
Interview consisted of a call with HR manager then an interview with line manager / regional manager that also included some role play around how a meeting with a hotelier would go as well as some data analysis.
Received an email from line manager saying congrats they would love to have me and that HR would be sending a formal offer next week. Got a call from HR the following week asking what my salary expectations where, which were higher that they had budgeted, said happy to negotiate and would look at the whole package in which HR said they would go back and see if there was any more room to negotiate and get back to me before the end of the week.
that was 3 weeks ago and since then have heard nothing, attempted to follow up multiple times and have been met with silence.

Interview
Ive been interviewed over the phone for about 20mn. The manager asked about my experiences and if I had sales experiences. She went about the job description and what very rprofessional. But you can tell numbers are very important for them in terms of sales because the discussion was accented more about how it is important to make sales happen.
