The interview process was straightforward. The first interview was a traditional interview HR in which they asked about my previous roles and what I was looking for in the next step my career. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The second interview was hiring manager. She was a really nice and we had a great talk. This interview was mostly focused on my experience managing teams. After this interview, I didn't get a third one as there were other candidates that were better suited for the role.
