It depends on who I'm teaching to. Ideally instructions are best one-on-one. I prefer to teach in many different ways to capture the various learning styles (audio, visual, etc. learners). I try to imagine all sorts of questions and ask and answer them to speak for those who may not feel comfortable asking questions. I also like to make myself available for questions after.
