Company seemed great at face value.
Comments from others in the industry advise against going there due to exclusion of non-Chinese staff from key customer discussions.
My interview was great. Very technical and indepth, to determine my skills level.
The panel interview was good, the panel friendly and they expresses interest but indicated salary may be too high. Always leave room to negotiate.

Describe how you would plan / structure a greenfield mobile network operator.
From scratch. Follow up questions, how you define the entities, the interfaces, the bandwidths, the subscriber regionalisation assumptions, etc.

To be honest, I did not expect that I can get an interview from Huawei since my resume have been reviewed for so long. The HR is kind and willing to help me.
Sensible interview process, fairly standard not too many rounds, interviewers we’re nice done over zoom which is the usual these days I suppose screening recruiter culture fit practical interviews plus rounds with the team and so on
Questions with 5 people from my area in huawei and one more people from hr section. Sometimes they asked in portuguese and other times in english. Ir was held on zoom and it had taken place on a weekday
