Entrevista realizada em 2 etapas. Uma com superior direto e outra por chinês de cargo superior. O RH realiza contratação. Contrato CLT e benefícios de acordo com o mercado. Difícil entender o inglês falado pela maioria dos chineses. Entrevista em inglês quando feita por um funcionário chinês.

I could not understand much as it was conducted in mandarin. The interviewer was rarely paying any attention, responding to calls and email all the time. He often forgets what i had said and had to repeat multiple times.
