HR call is brief to know starting date and availability of interview and job matching within the roles in the organization. Team leads go into more details of the tasks and expectations.

You will receive a phone call invitation for interview from the HR department once you are shortlisted. There will be only 1 round of interview and there will be 2 interviewer during the interview session. You will receive the offer letter once you have passed the interview within 2 months.
