Interview
It is a two person interview. Both manager and personnel will ask you questions. Personal, situational and nursing knowledge questions are going to be asked. It was done via Zoom. Easy access but professional setting. As long as you are comfortable and honest during the interview, it is not hard.

Introduce yourself. Experience and background. Are you willing to commit with your hours? Are you willing to comply with the requirements? Are you difficult to work with?

Interview
A panel interview with lots of clinical scenarios questions. There will be two people asking you alternately. After, they will ask you to do 10 minute head to toe physical assessment with scenarios to choose from. Basically like when you were back in school for return demo.
Total 2weeks to get the results. They will make a date to interview and It will be Via zoom meeting .it takes 30min. 2 interviewr was in chatting room. They will only contact when pass
