Hunley interview questions

4 interview rounds total and one technical exam. HR, Mid level (with a slight technical demonstration), Executive level, (technical exam thats sent to you and you have to finish within 1hr), and director. I was pretty well qualified for the role, it asked for some trailhead experience and I had that and the SCA certification. Got to the last interview where the lady was eating mid interview, camera off but I could hear her eating/chewing and was distracted the entire time. She was also looking at someone else’s resume instead if mine. She asked me about my experience at company X (which I’d never heard of) so I politely told her she may be confusing me with someone else, she argued with me multiple times that she wasn’t and we went back and forth about whether I had worked at company X. She eventually realized/admitted she was wrong but after that point she seemed disinterested in the rest of the interview. Cherry on top was they never got back to me even though I went through 4 rounds of interviews.

First conversation to offer took about 8 days. Initial conversation started through Linkedin cold contact with their People Operations Manager. We hopped on a zoom call immediately after I messaged back and went over general job details. Took a wonderlic test and was moved to the next round. I spoke with another member of HR and she was very pleasant. Spoke with both Founders separately. Total of 4 zoom interview rounds on camera. They had a decision/offer out to me shortly after my final interview and answered all additional questions. I felt as though my salary expectations were well advocated for, all emails/messages were answered promptly and conversations were very "human" and personal. Overall, very enjoyable interview process and I accepted my offer based on this.
