I-fulfilment interview questions

Friendly and engaging experience with CEO and COO. Both discussed the company in detail, it became and inspiring conversation that makes you believe in the vision and want to join to be part of the growth.

Interview lasted nearly an hour. Several in-depth questions were asked, which were answered in full. Quite a few moments of silence followed my answers which I found off-putting, as I could have expanded if needed, even though my answers were detailed. Some questions I found intrusive so this gave me concerns about company culture. I prepared thoroughly and had researched the company well. Following the interview, I received no outcome. I found this disrespectful, especially as I was specifically told the company would let me know that week and I had clearly prepared for the interview. I wouldn't expect detailed feedback, but a quick yes or no via email would have been sufficient.
