Yes. That happened to me too.They will pile you with work to the point you are doing a completely different job but refuse to pay you or even give you a title change because that would mean a different salary. There's never "money in the budget" unless it's another million for Wayne or another vp. God forbid the people at the bottom get a $3,000 raise, you would have better luck trying to raise the dead. Yet, there's ALWAYS money available for some executive to get another $100k. And then you try to get a stapler and need to go to war. lol.

Also, part of the problem is that my title and what I do does not match. I have tried for the past 3 yrs to get my job description/title changed only to be told ok, but then it has not happened despite even having HR involved..
