Pros
They will write off what insurance doesn't pay if you are admitted at one of their hospitals.
Cons
CHS leased our previously non-profit hospital and drove it into the ground. In the 4 years since they took over there has been a mass exodus because of the poor treatment of employees. They have made it difficult to obtain the supplies necessary to do your job properly and have laid off staff and cut hours and for these reasons, our reputation in the community has suffered.

While title is a Supervisor, it is comparable to a Manager level in my opinion (20 staff, Facility Meeting Prep, Analysis of Data, HR, etc)
