ICA Cristo Rey interview questions

To apply to this position we need to submit 2 mins. video recorded answer to their questions related to introducing yourself, your experience and why interested. Later, if shortlisted you will be scheduled for a 45 mins phone interview with the principle. This happens when you technically forget that you have applied. After that they cal you for an in-person interview which consists of welcome ,tour of the campus with students volunteers,group lunch(checking your compatibility with co-workers),demo lesson,panel interview, Interview with president and closing interview. This entire process takes about 4 hours.
