ICE Creates interview questions

The interview process began with a 30 min informal chat with some of the marketing team, getting to know a little bit more about the company, the role, and an opporunity to also tell them about myself. I was then invited to complete two assessments, one on culture and the other on my values, and was invited to a second stage to deliver an annual marketing plan for their Healthy Lifestyles services. The presentation needed to be 30 mins max explaining my plan and reasoning along with some example social posts. The interview process was challenging yet rewarding and I enjoyed researching for the role and how we could market their services on social media. After the presentation we discussed the role again, my own experience, and why I think I'd be a good fit for the job.
