All you need is communication skills.
They will train and develop you, according to the company needs.
It is not much difficult to crack the interview, you can crack if u stay focused.

It was a campus placement. Firstly, there was a pre-placement talk and then the interview round. There was only 1 round of interview and it was the HR round and the if you get selected then there will be documentation and after verifying that the company will generate the offer letter.
