I applied online after seeing the position posted on devex. Two weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a screening interview. After the initial screening interview, I interviewed with a Program Manager and the Director. After the second interview I was asked to fill out an ICMA employment application, and a USAID contractor form. The offer letter came 2 weeks later, and was contingent on reference checks.
