ICREA interview questions

Low graded process. Interviewer doesn't know for which position what background is needed. They them self trying to learn something from engineers who come for interview in fact in the interview one of the employee asked me for reference in my past company.

No interview. Candidates are invited to upload on the web site cv with "bibliometric data" and citation records, half-page research statement and two recommendation letters. The results are not published.
