Interviewer was personable. The interview questions were pretty standard. I was initially drawn to this role because the job posting clearly stated it was a W-2 position with a base salary, benefits, and commission—it matched exactly what I wanted. However, during the interview, the role turned out to be a commission-only or contractor-style setup only. That significant difference made me feel misled and undervalued. If you’re looking for transparency and a dependable employment structure, this may not be the right fit unless expectations are clearly aligned upfront.
