Applied online through BroncoDirect. Within a few days, I got an email from the supervisor, who invited me to interview at their location. The interview started off with a technical skills quiz; both hardware-related questions and customer service questions will be asked. When you are finished, the supervisor will then review the answers (and your resume) with you, so be prepared to talk about the resume. Within a few days of the interview, you will receive a decision.
