I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME) in Jul 2023
Interview
First interview was a Phone Screen to discuss background. Second interview with hiring manager. Third and final interview consisted of an on-site meeting with three groups of three team members over the course of three hours.
Many stages, slow turn around, full day of interviews for final round. People were all very nice which made it not that bad. Everyone seems interested in why you have to say and how you can contribute.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME) in Feb 2014
Interview
I was phone screened by the hiring manager, then an onsite interview was scheduled. The interview took the better part of an entire afternoon with several groups of people. I talked to one group of people who have the same position as the one I was interviewing for. I talked to another group of supervisors from other departments that this position would interface with. I interviewed with the director to whom the hiring manager reported, and with the hiring manager.
