I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IET Inc. in Sep 2008
Interview
Pretty basic, I had submitted my resume on their website. The next day received a call from the HR Manager and was asked if I was available for an interview.
On the interview day, the questions were basically on my past experience and a few behavioral types. I was then interviewed by one of their technical experts in engineering (Project/Program Manager). This was all technical questions related to the field.
Overall experience was pretty decent and I left with a promise of being contacted in a few weeks.
Interview process is not very tedious. Just 2 rounds. First round is a phone interview with the HR and the second round with the HR again on site. The questions were pretty similar in both the rounds.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IET Inc. in May 2024
Interview
One initial phone interview with the HR and another virtual interview with the same HR. It was a nice overall experience. The HR was very friendly. It didn't feel like an interview, it felt like two professional having a conversation.
The interview process was very straight forward, there were some forms to fill out before hand. I was called, then I was interviewed for about 1 hour. I was called a few days later with an offer.
