IFA Global interview questions

The process was irritating to say the least. The process wasn't designed well and both the HR and interviewer didn't know how many rounds were supposed to be held . Was interviewed by thier CEO. The interview was for role of Analyst. One of the most easy interviews ever. Was damn sure that the interviewer didn't have appropriate knowledge in the field. The CEO was arrogant and he wanted to show off that he was the CEO. He had a lot of attitude and believes the other person is a bonded slave. He drives Mercedes, but he is a miser and does not have budget to pay his employees

Wish there was one proper interview process. Initially someone from their HR dept called up to know about prior experience, then fixed up a final interview with one of their top boss. The entire process was held over phone.
