Interview
Applied directly to director, got an email in the same day from their assistant and had a chat on the phone. Email was sent with information about IG wealth and process. Human Resources sent a Personality Questionnaire/Assessment to complete. Afterwards a 1.5 hour interview to go over background experience and answering behavioural questions. After passing the next stage was a Business Development Activity that you had to complete and send to the Director to discuss in following meeting.

Easy going and not too hard. Need adequate sales experience and drive. Not for everyone. Must have a large nature network of client to work with. You must feel must the tenacity to work through hard times.

The interview process consisted of a panel of employees all asking questions and assessing answers. Many of the participants were very friendly and very accommodating. Some of them seemed stern.
