IGM Biosciences interview questions

Very laid back and conversational. Questions were more about your experience and interest in the role opposed to harder questions. Very friendly and was able to answer all questions I had about company culture/environment.

Company interviewed me a total of 4 times - An initial phone screen with the Director, a phone conversation with HR, a virtual process that consisted of a 45 minute Powerpoint presentation followed by 2 virtual interviews, and finally an onsite visit consisting of 4 interviews. 10 days later, I emailed asking for a follow-up, but no reply. This is incredibly inconsiderate of people's time. Companies need to stop engaging in this incredibly rude/inconsiderate practice. People are human beings and their time is valuable. Respect that.
