The screening is done by J2 Global, their parent company. Everyone seems very relaxed and nice. Once they think you are a good fit, the process is very fast. The interview can consist of multiple hiring managers.

Interview
Straigh forward interview process. First interview with the hiring manager, then multiple rounds scheduled with other campaign managers on the team, members of other teams you work with, and the director of the team. You will be questioned on your previous experience, relevant technical and soft skills, and your interest at working at IGN.
