I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at IIC Technologies (Charlotte, NC) in May 2020
Interview
when I denied for sharing my passport number since it is very personal and without even interview getting scheduled I’m not comfortable sharing it. He went on insisting me to share my details saying that ‘recruits can’t do anything with it. How can we trust you with your H1 visa status etc.,’ I told him that I’ll share my DL and H1 amendment copy. But nothing worked and then he suddenly changed his tone and spoke very rude. No American vendors ask for passport number and ssn. These people operate India and don’t even know how to speak with candidates. They literally behave like fresh out of college students not like proffesionals. Learn basics first !!!
I applied online. I interviewed at IIC Technologies (New Delhi) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview was telephonic. The interviewer focused mainly on my projects and asked related questions. The technical questions were all related to GIS and GIS-related software development. However, the took over two months to give the offer letter and joining date even aftere selection.
