IMDS interview questions

Interviewed with the R&D group in Arizona. I completed a written skills test and assessment prior to doing a phone interview with with one of the hiring managers. At this time I was asked some technical questions about a basic principles from engineering (stress vs strain, beam equations, etc.) Following the phone interview, I was asked to prepare a presentation about myself and present it to the R&D team. I was a bit creative, but mostly covered my background and experience. At the end of the presentation, a more in depth series of technical questions was put together for me to work through over the video conference.
