I applied online then was scheduled for a mock interview. The mock interview was online and had you record your responses. Had a sample question that allowed you to answer a few times, then proceeded to ask 10 interview questions that were recorded. Whole process took around half an hour. Mostly behavioral questions.
The interview process was not confusing. They asked general questions, and I found the interviewer to be kind and understanding. He also gave me good advice right after the questions he asked. But, they provided no direction after that (not even a rejection email).
