Usually Hire Using Job boards and had a technical and HR interview with candidate and then they must took an exam for desired job position, totally very difficult to pass the exams

It took more than 3 month from applying. 2 month after applying called for interview. it was done by head of civil department. 1 month later proposed me contract. hiring process lasted 2 month.
