I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ISBAN (Milton Keynes, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
There was an initial online application. Thereafter a telephone interview with some basic competency questions. Then I was asked to complete a presentation for the #YOUWRITEWHATSNEXT challenge and submit it to a panel for review. After being reviewed, I was invited to the final assessment stage, which involved giving my presentation to 3 member of the company, plus a 1:1 interview.

Question 1
How would I organise my time during a busy work period?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISBAN in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online to the #YOUWRITEWHAT'SNEXT graduate program. The first stage of the process was a simple online application consisting of a few background questions. This was followed by a phone interview. I found it very easy and not challenging considering ISBAN's key role on such a successful bank like Santander. I was asked basic competency questions and briefed on the position and what it would entail if I got the job.
Within a week I got invited through email to develop the presentation and what I consider to be the most interesting part of ISBAN's recruitment process.
If I have to point out something negative it would be the interview's difficulty level and lack of time and flexibility between stages, as I only got two days and one only time slot for the phone interview.
However, I believe the presentation gives you a great chance to really demonstrate what your interests, knowledge and skills are! Very good idea.

Question 1
How do you work in groups? Describe any experience doing so and if you had to overcome any obstacles along the way.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ISBAN in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was done through telephone, which was very casual and pressure free. I passed the interview stage, however this year (2017) they are trying something new where you have to write a presentation on what you think is the future of FinTech after you pass the interview stage.
