ISC Sales interview questions

The interview style was conversational, which I found fun and engaging. However, it's a bit on the long side (2.5-3 hours) and requires you to essentially perform an unpaid audit/walkthrough of the account 1x1 with the paid search manager. This portion of the interview is straightforward. After the audit, you will sit down with their general manager for a culture fit assessment of about 30 mins which will make or break your potential for a job offer and carries far more weight than your technical skill. Acknowledge their current setup to showcase that you know what you're doing without providing suggestions for optimizations. During the culture fit assessment, do not display any interests outside of marketing that may imply you don't plan to be working there a long time.
