The interview process was very enjoyable! All my emails were answered very quickly by HR if I had any questions throughout the process. I first had a behavioral interview on the phone (~1/2 hour), followed by a review of my resume with the hiring manager (~1/2 hour), and finally an in person interview at ISO New England. The in person interview consisted of three separate meetings which were 1:1 except the final interview which was with two people.
If your interview is before lunch, being invited to lunch is an indication of how well the interview went. The lunch interview is really a separate interview.
