It's a very lengthy process. Usually aptitude test, group discussion and personal interview. They also give PPO to the people on the basis of performance in the internship, which usually follows 1 or 2 rounds of interview.

It was a phenomenon experience.
1st round was a written test round.
2nd was a HR round which has been taken by HR Manager ITC.
Then 3rd and final Round has been taken by a panel of Branch Manager and HR people.
