It was quite a hard process to get through as they had asked about managerial questions and less on any core related projects.there are 2interviews, first one was technical and second one HR.

Question 1
How do you manage people who might have experience same as your age as you will be joining directly as a assistant manager
a well balanced interview with a good mix of technical and hr questions.
a lot of emphasis was on thermodynamics and manufacturing processes.
the entire interview process had multiple rounds with similar level of questions being asked.
Exceptionally planned process covering all facets of CA curriculum, practical exposure gained during internship and holistic view of business finance. Interview focuses on conceptual knowledge, practical skills, business acumen, how to navigate challenges be it customer facing or internal or external etc. 3 rounds including one with CFO.
